Your responsibilities:

  • Conduct operational purchasing yourself and support the team
  • Negotiate prices and framework agreements
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses and plans of internal requirements and specifications
  • Ensure end-to-end material supplies
  • Verify invoices
  • Communicate with internal departments to ensure that purchasing processes run smoothly
  • Optimize existing procurement processes
  • Manage suppliers

What impresses us:

  • Completed training/education in commerce/business
  • Professional experience in procurement/purchasing
  • Experience in logistics and customs processes
  • SAP experience (S/4HANA)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications – especially Excel
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Structured and reliable work style
  • Responsible team player (m/f/d)
