Your responsibilities:
We are looking for an IT Technician to join our team responsible for maintaining our company’s critical server infrastructure. In this role, you will work in a meaningful position as part of a stable and secure data center environment, where technical expertise, teamwork, and continuous development are truly valued. In this role, you will:
- Provide technical support for our Dedicated Root Server customers worldwide
- Analyze and resolve fault and incident situations
- Build and maintain new IT infrastructure in our modern data centers
- Work as part of a communal and fair team, where mutual support is a priority

- Strong Linux skills and command line proficiency
- Understanding of computer components and their functionality
- Knowhow for fiber-optic cabling
- An analytical mindset and structured way of working
- Ability to adapt and perform under pressure
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English skills (spoken and written)
- Willingness to work in a three-shift system – our services operate 24/7

Please note that a clean background and a valid work permit for Finland are required for this position.
Salary: According to Tipal TES (Collective Agreement), Hardware and Software Maintenance –3086€ /month.
Annual compensation including shift bonuses: Approximately €45,000 – €50,000.
