Your responsibilities:

  •  You will be responsible for supporting our international customers and assisting them with all technical inquiries related to our dedicated servers and colocation services.
  • You will work closely with your teammates to ensure that we can offer our customers first-class IT support. This includes accepting and processing tickets, answering calls and emails, and repairing, provisioning, and expanding customer systems.
  • You will make an important contribution to the maintenance of our IT infrastructure at the data center park in Falkenstein, ensuring that our systems run reliably and provide our customers with a secure environment.

What impresses us:

  • Training as an IT specialist for system integration, training as technical assistant for computer science, or a comparable qualification
  • People who are changing careers are also very welcome
  • Good knowledge of modern hardware components
  • Basic Linux and networking knowledge
  • Strong customer service skills, a structured work style, and solid problem-solving skills
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Willingness to work shifts (24/7) – we try to take your personal preferences into account when planning shifts
