A safe and trustworthy internet requires careful abuse incident processing and responsible management of sensitive information. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated individual who will review abuse reports and help protect our customers and users.
In this role, you will take on a varied range of responsibilities related processing abuse cases. You will review reported websites and content; assess incidents involving fraud, phishing, spam and IT security; communicate with customers and reporters; and help resolve disputes.
Your responsibilities:
- Process abuse reports (fraud, phishing, spam prevention, IT security, etc.)
- Review reported websites and content (e.g. for copyright-infringing material
- Make decisions in cases involving disputes between reporters and customers
- Communicate with customers and individuals reporting incidents
What impresses us:
- Completed vocational training as a Legal Assistant (m/f/d), or
- People changing careers (m/f/d) with an interest in legal matters and a strong affinity for IT
- Passion for keeping the internet safe and protecting less digitally experienced users
- Trustworthy and responsible manner in processing sensitive data
- Strong PC skills
- Structured, meticulous and logical work methods
- Open, friendly and communicative personality with strong team-working skills
- Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
