Who we are:
Your responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries related to invoices and payments
- Clarify incoming payments and outstanding items
- Support the resolution of discrepancies and special cases in the payment process
- Communicate with international customers in German and English

- A high volume of inquiries, including both varied and recurring process cases
- Hands-on work with real customer and payment transactions
