Your responsibilities:
- Analyze, document, and evaluate existing business processes while identifying opportunities for optimization and automation
- Partner with business departments to drive digital transformation initiatives and promote the effective use of AI to increase operational efficiency
- Identify, assess, and support AI use cases that enhance and optimize existing business processes
- Plan and facilitate workshops to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements
- Design, model, and improve business processes, creating functional concepts and implementation plans
- Assess the impact of new business requirements on existing processes and system landscapes
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements in close collaboration with software development and IT teams
- Lead and coordinate process improvement, digitalization, and AI initiatives through to their successful implementation
- Support testing, user acceptance, and the creation of sustainable process documentation while promoting best practices across the organization
What impresses us:
- A degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in business process management, business analysis, or process improvement
- Proven experience in analyzing, optimizing, and digitalizing business processes
- A strong interest in artificial intelligence and its practical application for process optimization; hands-on experience with AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar solutions is an advantage
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a structured, proactive, and result-oriented approach
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in facilitating workshops and working with cross-functional teams
- Solid technical skills and experience in collaborating with software development and IT teams
- Familiarity with process modeling methodologies and requirements engineering
- Fluent German and good English communication skills, both written and spoken
