In this hands-on program, you will study at the DHBW in Heidenheim an der Brenz and participate in clearly defined phases to give you practical experience within our company. After three years, you will earn your bachelor's degree while simultaneously gaining valuable hands-on work experience. You will alternate between theoretical phases at the university and practical phases at Hetzner. The phases last between 3 to 6 months, and are equally divided.

Your responsibilities:

Apply the knowledge you gain in your theoretical studies

  • Support the development and implementation of our IT solutions
  • Perform tasks related to information management and information systems
  • Gain insights into the tasks of an IT service provider
  • Analyze and optimize business processes using digital solutions
  • Participate in exciting projects with interdisciplinary teams
  • Work with databases, programming, and IT management
     

 

What impresses us:

  • General higher education entrance qualification (Abitur) or technical college entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife) with good grades
  • Interest in IT and programming
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good communication skills and a strong team spirit
  • Initial knowledge of programming languages and databases is a plus
  • Good command of German and English
