The main departments for this apprenticeship are Managed Server or Customer Service.

Your responsibilities:

  • Administer servers
  • Support and maintain customer servers in our data centers
  • Assist our customers with the administration of their servers     
  • Maintain and develop our software (both application and system software)
  • Implement projects within the team
  • Provide support for other departments and do telephone and email customer support

 

 

What impresses us:

  • Secondary school diploma, technical college entrance qualification, or high school diploma
  • Good knowledge of mathematics, computer science, and English
  • Initial experience with hardware, networking, and Linux is a plus
  • Strong interest in technology
  • Interest in and enthusiasm for modern technologies and developing complex solutions
  • Fluent in German and good command of English, both written and spoken
