Refrigeration Engineer

Your responsibilities:
We are looking for a Refrigeration Engineer to be responsible for the cooling equipment in our Tuusula data center. In this role, you will work with critical infrastructure and contribute to ensuring a safe, stable, and reliable operating environment.
You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of cooling equipment and actively participate in the design and implementation of new solutions. The job requires previous experience in similar tasks, but we also offer a developing and learning-supportive environment where your expertise is valued and expanded.
The position is new, and you will work independently, but you will also be part of our electrical team. We are a multicultural work community where cooperation is fair, respectful, and open. Your tasks will include
- Acting as the person responsible for refrigerants in data center cooling equipment
- Performing regular maintenance and inspection tasks on refrigeration equipment
- Participating in the design, installation, and commissioning of new equipment
- Managing and repairing equipment malfunctions
- Developing maintenance practices for refrigerant equipment
What impresses us:
- Appropriate training in refrigeration work
- Valid qualification as a person responsible for the industry or as an installer
- Good organizational skills combined with practical industrial experience
- An advantage: the ability and willingness to participate in other electrical installation tasks when the situation allows
- Fluent English skills

The work is done on weekdays, and we have a flexible working time model that supports a balanced everyday life. Salary €3000-3500/month.
