Our servers are proprietary technology that we tailor to precisely fit our requirements. We are looking for someone with technical expertise who has a passion for hardware. As Team Leader Hardware Development (m/f/d), you will actively shape the future of our dedicated servers at our location in Falkenstein/Vogtland and work with your team to develop and test innovative solutions for our products.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a hybrid hardware development team across multiple locations
- Closely coordinate development goals, requirements, and priorities with the product manager
- Plan resources, allocate tasks and clearly structure the work within the team
- Taking responsibility for escalated technical support tickets
- Manage the lifecycle of existing hardware systems
- Continuously improve the development process and promote efficient and quality-oriented best practices within the team
What impresses us:
- Knowledge of server hardware and related electronic and mechanical components
- Good German and English language skills
- Good organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility, as well as openmindedness
- Strong communication skills and the ability to see things from employees’ and customers’ points of view
- Willingness to regularly travel to our Gunzenhausen location
