We are looking for a dedicated Team Lead (m/f/d) to join the team responsible for provisioning and maintaining our open-source client-server software, administrating our server services, and creating software automation solutions. Your responsibilities:

  • Lead a team focused on provisioning, maintaining, and optimizing open-source client-server software and automation systems
  • Support and guide team members with regular feedback, coaching, and performance reviews
  • Plan, prioritize, and coordinate day-to-day work, team goals, and long-term initiatives
  • Collaborate with different departments to implement projects that have various stakeholders and complex technical requirements

What impresses us:

  • A degree in Computer Science or in a comparable field
  • Previous experience as a team lead or in a supervisory role in an IT or software environment
  • Solid understanding of IT service deployment and software development processes
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices is a plus
  • Confidence in working with Linux systems; basic knowledge of containerization and cloud infrastructure
  • Strong communication skills in both German and English
